COURSE OVERVIEW:
This course explores the business of sport including all levels of athletics, club and travel sports and leisure services. Students will learn about different careers and opportunities with the field of sport management and be introduced to principles of sport management and organizational theory. Students will gain an understanding of the field of sport management and be introduced to key concepts in the study of sport management.
