This course will entail a variety of Spanish experiences that cannot be duplicated in a classroom setting. Each student will be expected to write reflectively about and discuss various experiences in written and spoken Spanish as well as participate in activities that cannot be duplicated in a traditional classroom setting. Advanced vocabulary usage will be stressed in that students should plan to use Spanish on a daily basis with each other and others they meet. In addition students will be required to keep a reaction journal in order to develop their writing skills complete various papers and complete various projects. Also they will write in group journal in which each participant will all write from time to time. It is expected that all students will work diligently collectively and independently in order to master the material that is covered in this course.
